Order Processing All products in our store are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Orders are typically processed and handed off to the carrier within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Production times may vary depending on the product type and current demand.
Shipping Timeframes Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
Please note that total delivery time includes both production and shipping time. You can expect to receive your order within 5–13 business days from the date of purchase in most cases.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control, such as weather events or holidays. During peak seasons, production and shipping times may be longer than usual.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@mainecatladies.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work with Printful to make it right.
